The Long Way Around on Three Wheels

Having lost our jobs during the ol pandemic the four of us Josh, Jasper, Ivo and Robbie decided that life deserved a touch more unpredictability. The choice simple, buy two of the worst vehicles possible and drive around the world. 5 years later and we are still going. While sensible travelers book flights, we chose the slow, rattling, high-revving embrace of three wheeled transit trading tarmac for dirt tracks to document wildlife conservation and remote wilderness on the ground where it actually matters.

Tuk South started out as an experiment in unscripted endurance: a multi-year overland expedition in pint-sized machines that were never built to cross borders, let alone oceans of mud and high altitude mountain passes. We aren't a corporate brand playing dress-up in outdoor aesthetics. We are a small mobile team of filmmakers, overlanders, and chronic misadventurers capturing grassroots conservation, wildlife protection, and the daily reality of living out of a vehicle that tops out at a brisk 45 km/h with a tailwind.

Our merch is one of the key avenues to keep this mission rolling. Every purchase helps with our near permanent onslaught of breakdowns and empty tanks.

The gear we offer is built to be as practical for on the road life, stylish enough to turn heads at any party and worn until the threads fray.
